Lisa McLeod earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and her professional affiliations include the Chicago Bar Association, the Cook County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Ms. McLeod has a strong focus in family law and zealously advocates for clients in intricate and complex issues involving child custody, delinquency, abuse and neglect. She was awarded the Certificate in Child and Family Law as well as the Certificate in Trial Advocacy for her superior legal strategies. Ms. McLeod has many notable accomplishments including being a member and subsequently elected the Midwest Director of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition for the National Black Law Students Association, she also served as a member of Loyola’s Civitas ChildLaw Center and was the editor for the Midwest Black Law Students Association Law Journal. Ms. McLeod knows the importance of a parent’s involvement in a child’s life. She’s a tenacious and fierce matrimonial law advocate who never stops protecting and fighting for the rights of her clients, their children and their families.
