Dear
Mr. Leving,
Just a note to say thank you! I was forced into a nearly three year custodial
litigation in nearby northwest Indiana (Lake County). I am a police officer as
well as a father and was told by three area attorneys that I had little chance
in family court because of the inherit bias toward mothers and against my profession.
Shortly thereafter I purchased a copy of the Father's Rights book. It proved
to be my greatest resource as the information and guidance the book provided
was an almost exact lay out of what took place in the proceedings. From utilizing
the book to find the correct attorney to the strategies I adopted the book was
time an time again an invaluable tool. Absolutely fantastic, I cannot say enough
as to how vital it was in assisting me in this matter. The insight made for efficient
attorney conferences and I was able to provide several relevant issues using
the book as a guide.
We were unable to negotiate a settlement and were forced into a full blown custodial
proceeding. Seven days of trial along with two evidenciary depositions, evaluations,
guardian ad litum, the whole courtroom battle down to the end. I was awarded
sole care and custody of my two children. I believe the road would have been
much harder without Mr. Leving's book.
I recommend it to everyone heading toward family court litigation. Best fifteen
dollars I ever spent!
