White House Advance Associate Joins Fathers' Rights Attorney Jeffery M. Leving

CHICAGO, Nov. 24 -- Advance Associate for the White House, Katherine Murphy has joined the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. (http://dadsrights.com) as the firm's Legislative Consultant and Media Strategist. She will also be assisting Mr. Leving in his position as Chairman of the Illinois Council on Responsible Fatherhood (http://responsiblefatherhood.com), a state council established by the Illinois State Legislature and extended by Executive Order to promote the positive involvement of both parents in the lives of their children.

Murphy served as National Advance Consultant for Obama for America and subsequently as Advance Associate for President Obama and Vice President Biden. In that role she facilitated events for the Executive Branch of the federal government, while coordinating with various governmental offices, including the United States Secret Service, White House Communications and the teams responsible for Air Force One and Marine One.
