Memorable Case Victories:

  • In an important removal and relocation trial, Mr. Halusek’s advocacy on behalf of a loving father of two children persuaded the court to deny the mother’s petition to move with the minor children to another state.  Mr. Halusek’s hard fought victory will keep this dad and his children together for many years to come.
