For over a decade, Chris has been a steadfast defender of father’s rights and a skilled and diligent litigator on their behalf. His strong moral compass is what attracts clients to work with him and to feel at peace that he will deliver the best results possible.
Chris’s experience also includes working in pretrial litigation for numerous Fortune 500 clients. Several of these cases involved billions of dollars in potential liability and were high-profile state and federal investigations.
During law school, Chris interned with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and for the Honorable James P. Flannery, the current presiding judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County Law Division.
Chris is a firm believer in giving back to the community and has volunteered with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and Metropolitan Family Services of Chicago.
Vigorously and successfully defended a client’s prenuptial agreement from unreasonable claims from the client’s wife. Was able to defeat the opposing party’s motion and protect the client’s assets in the divorce proceeding.
Won dismissal of charges and lifting of temporary restraining order for a client who was the victim of domestic violence but was accused by the client’s spouse of being the perpetrator of the alleged domestic violence incident.
Led a team of 10 attorneys in preparation of pretrial discovery defending client against United States Environmental Protection Agency action regarding Superfund site restoration.
