A Summer Associate Program
The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd.’s legal assistant program is an exceptional experience for anyone considering a career in family law. Unlike summer programs that last only a few months, the program at the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. introduces legal assistants to every aspect of the practice. The firm takes a multidisciplinary approach to training so that individuals hired from the program can make a seamless transition into the practice. This approach includes a series of substantive seminars presented by this firm’s litigators on important facets of the practice area; shadowing of attorneys at meetings, depositions, and court appearances; and opportunities to work directly with the firm’s Chicago family law attorneys on cases.

The firm’s legal assistants have access to the same in-house training programs developed for associate attorneys of the firm. Any legal assistant who completes the program will likely emerge with a real world/real time view of the practice of family law.
